Packed with electrolytes, it's nature's way of hydrating and rejuvenating. But there's more to it than meets the taste buds. Over years until I found lemon as economical substitute, two coconut water everyday was a routine.Β
In Bangalore the plastic straws are banned, so wasnβt a concern, a brief period of time I used to drink without straws, slightly mess at times.
Closing eyes, long breath in, and exhaling in stepped intervals while consuming coconut. A mindfulness practice with impact in subtler dimensions.
