While my body and mind adhere to evolutionary and societal norms, there’s this gapβ€”this subtle, potent space where awareness blooms.

The gap I’ve come to recognize isn’t a severance but a pause. It permits awareness, allowing me to oscillate between ordinary behavioral patterns and a detached, observant state. While the mind and body can entangle themselves within society’s confines, that intermittent pause, that gapβ€”it's vital. It becomes a sanctuary where remembering and practicing mindfulness turns key.

In the same breath, I’ve noticed that mindfulness spills over into dietary choices. Like steering clear of fried food five days a weekβ€”it's not merely a dietary choice but an informed, conscious decision, considering its inflammatory effects. It's not about restriction, but rather about balance.
