[101] ποΈFrom Tibet's Chilled Peaks to Delhiβs Urban Heatπ
The exhibits portrayed the shift in Tibetan attire, inclusive of the Dalai Lamaβs wardrobe, from heavy clothing fit for chilly mountain climates to the lighter wear for places like Delhi and Himachal.
[102] πA Mindful Choice in Fabricπ
As my mindfulness journey continues, I've grown more conscious about my wardrobe choices. Can't recall the last time I invested in jeans β must've been around 2015. And anything that isn't near 98-100% cotton doesn't resonate with me anymore. Polyester feels, tired, hot and out of sync
[103] π§The Hidden Cost of Fashionπ

[104] πWardrobe Memoriesπ
Interestingly, a large chunk of my clothing from the last four years has been gifted. Thereβs something to be said for accepting and using whatβs given with gratitude.
[105] π§Comfort and Mindfulness go Hand in Handπ
One of the nuances I've discovered is how the right clothes can set your mood. Tightly fitted clothes might look chic but do they restrict our mindset too? The right fit and loose clothing however, feels like a relaxed breath.
[106] πTales from Hostelπ
On my hostel stay, I met a traveler recovering from injury in dire need of a non-latex gloves because of latex allergy, my first kid had one of them. Some of my clothes are 2% elastane material, latex.
Our choice of attire speaks volumes, not just of our personal style but also of our cultural, environmental, and personal mindfulness journey.! πΌπ
