In many ways, our families often resemble tribes - sharing similar prayer habits, food preferences, and moral values. It's as if these commonalities act as threads and glue that bind us together. However, I've come to see that these conditioning can hinder inner growth after itβs done the job of transcending the animal mind. Breaking mental model is like burning away the attachments and that social conditioning that has covered our core.
π€ The Power of Thought
It's interesting how these factors tend to control us when we're immersed in them. Yet, the moment we pause our thinking or create a gap from the mind, we find that social conditioning's begins to lose its grip on our essence. It's in the act of mindful contemplation that we start to be close to our true nature before the social conditioning. ππ
π Embracing Play and Celebration
But it's not all about detachment and introspection. One we find the centre then life is about play and celebration! For me, that often means enjoying a great party with vegetarian delights. π₯³π± Play is something that connects, like silence, like love, play and playfulness is universal medium of expression and experience, across all age groups, across genders.
π Moments of Awareness
The magic lies in those moments of heightened awareness in between the play and party, one moment remember to be aware. When we become acutely conscious of our centre, we realise that any excuse to celebrate is a good one. π
