In the traditional conservative mental model, traveling is considered an unnecessary expense. However, I remember my friend's family was not in favor of him traveling, but since it was the Maha Kumbh Mela in 2012, the family was cool about it. 🌐✈️


Pilgrimage is a good excuse to travel with conservative mental model. Last month in Goa, while we Biju Jacob worked at the coworking space build3, my friend mom's and her sister were travelling to churches 🏰β›ͺ, and then in the evening, we gathered, one of days discussing Ganga Raj's startup around elderly care space. πŸŒ…πŸ‘«


I remember advice from a friend's mom in 2015: travel as much as possible when young, as when we get older, travel becomes a hassle, with stiff knees, lesser dopamine rewards and the body giving up. πŸ§“πŸžοΈ


It's easier to be happy when young, but the true test of bliss and happiness comes when the body loses its youthfulness; find something beyond the body. 🌈😌


Also, among the many pathways to staying young, the fountain of youth is to stay active, build muscles πŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈ, and consume more protein. πŸ₯¦πŸ²
