Diving deep into the modulations of my voice, I discern a pattern: a default setting of fast, perhaps too loud, expressions. And then, some of my close friends, who process my fast paced conversations, even if I swallow words made me less aware of the state of affairs of communication. When enveloped in mindfulness, though, a metamorphosis occurs: my words become softer, paced deliberately with pauses, and silence gracefully sewn in. πŸŒ€

Our vocal tones, the softness or harshness of our words, are often a direct download from cultural conditioning.🌏

In theatre workshops, they teach this β€” voice modulation and the sheer awareness of each note and pitch, introducing mindfulness into one’s voice as though it’s an art form itself.🎭

In places like Japan and Germany, public spaces echo with the tacit agreement of communal respect. Play music too loudly, and a sea of frowns, perhaps even reprimands, will wash over you.πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Every culture, every person, holds a unique soundprint, and mindfulness in our auditory expressions weaves a harmonious tapestry where every voice, loud or soft, finds a melodious space to coexist. πŸŒπŸ”ŠπŸ’«

After being moderately annoyed by public insensitivity, I was like why not enjoy the music and go with the beat.
