[58] Exploring the Idea of Purpose ππ€ : Seeking Meaning πππ
I: "Don't we all need a purpose? Something to guide us?"
Me: " In the grand scheme of things there is no purpose, it's all a cosmic play, a bit of a cosmic joke."
[59] The Need for Purpose π§ππ―
I: "But feeling lost without a purpose... Isn't having a purpose fulfilling?"
Me: "Biologically speaking, our bodies have a clear purpose: survival and procreation. [61] The Joy of Being πππ§ββοΈ
Remember the carefree, non-striving nature of children? That's one of the attitudes of mindfulness. Living in the moment, without the burden of purpose.
